General Conditions of Sale

General Scope

These terms apply to all offers and contracts, overriding any general terms provided by the buyer. While the English version prevails for general understanding, the **Turkish text is binding** for any disputes regarding the text itself.

Orders and Cancellation

Offers are generally non-binding until confirmed in writing. In the event a buyer cancels an order for any reason, they are obliged to return the **total value of the order** to Femmerr.

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are "ex works" (Konya, TR) and exclude VAT and shipping costs.
• Prices may be adjusted if core costs (materials, energy, etc.) rise significantly before delivery.
• Payments are generally due within **7 days** of the invoice date.
• Delays trigger strict interest penalties of **8%+3.5%** or **10% per month**.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery times are indicative and not final time limits. The buyer bears the risk for the product once it is delivered or ready for pickup. Failure to pick up goods within the agreed timeframe results in storage costs.

Warranty and Liability

We provide a **12-month warranty** for new products, limited to repair or replacement in our facilities. Femmerr’s liability is limited to the insurance payout or the invoice value and explicitly excludes indirect damages such as lost profits.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, molds, models, and technical documents remain the exclusive property of Femmerr and cannot be copied, shared, or made available to third parties without prior written permission.

Jurisdiction

Disputes are resolved by the **Konya Court in Türkiye** under **Turkish law**.
